Mission Statement
To be a Holy and Prosperous "Full Gospel Church" that teaches and preaches sound doctrine in all aspect of the Bible. To be a church that develops individuals , families, and Christian Leaders who have a solid foundation based in the word of God. To be a church that provides demonstration of the power and love of God by giving, serving and healing God's people. We will work in unity with the Holy Spirit and faithful members who are effectively operating in their gifts and callings as ordained by Jehovah Jireh, " The Lord our Provider". The ultimate mission is to defeat the enemy in all areas and win as many souls as possible for the Kingdom of God!
We Believe that God So Loved the World that He gave His Only Begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him Shall not perish but have Everlasting Life. John 3:16
We Believe that Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and the life, no Man cometh unto the Father except through Jesus Christ. John 14:6
We Believe that if we Confess our Sins, He is Faithful and Just to Forgive Us of our Sins and Cleanse us from All Unrighteousness! I John 1:9
We Believe that, For Whosoever shall call upon the name of Lord shall be Saved. Romans 10:13
We Believe in Water Baptism as our expression of faith & belief in the death, the burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ and all who have this belief will be reunited with Him.
We Believe in the Baptism of the "Holy Ghost", For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. Acts 2:38-39, Matthew 28: 19-20, I Corinthians 12:13 & I Thessalonians 4:16-18
We Believe that men ought to Always Pray; Building ourselves up on our most Holy Faith Praying in the Holy Ghost! Prayer is also our opportunity to commune with God and receive the Yoke Destroying Power of God to Change things and Conditions in our lives and in the lives of others. Luke 18:1, Jude 1:20 and Ephesian 6:18
We Believe that we must present our bodies as a Living Sacrifice, Holy, Acceptable unto God, which is our reasonable service and Be not conformed to this world but be ye Transformed by the Renewing of our Minds, that we may prove what is that good and acceptable, and perfect will of God. Romans 12: 1-2
We Believe that, THOU SHALT LOVE THE LORD THY GOD, WITH ALL THY HEART, AND WITH ALL THY SOUL AND WITH ALL THY MIND. This is the first and great commandment. HTOG Senior Leadership
PASTOR ERIC J. HENRY, SR.:
Born 1954 to the parents, Edward Henry and Eloise Moore-Henry in Quincy, Florida, Pastor Henry spent most of his adulthood serving others. He served his country as an Army Artillery Officer where he retired in 1998 with the rank of major. After an illustrious military career, Pastor Henry started his next career in the banking industry where his final promotion was to Senior Vice President in Wealth Management at PNC Bank. He retired in December 2016 after completing 20 years. He has now started his newest and final career as a Senior Pastor of Holy Tabernacle Christian Center. On February 20, 1990 Eric was ordained as an Associate Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ at New Jerusalem Church in Lansing Michigan. Subsequently he has served in many roles as a church official during his duties at New Jerusalem and several local churches in the Miami Valley area.
In 1983, he met his beautiful bride, Captain Patricia A. Williams and has now been married 34 years. It is his and Pat's hope to give back to the community and to develop good citizens and leaders from a Christian-based perspective who will help keep America a great place to live!
EVANGELIST PATRICIA A. HENRY:
Evangelist Henry has been saved since the age of 14, filled with the Holy Ghost in her teens and received the prophetic gift in her twenties. She received her B.S.E. degree from Ouachita Baptist University and M.S.E. from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She is married to Pastor Eric J. Henry, Sr. She is an active intercessor and prayer warrior. Evangelist Henry is currently involved in home and hospital ministries. She reaches out to hurting women through prayer and counseling. The Lord uses her to teach the uncompromised the Word of God, and in deliverance. Evangelist Henry is a former public-school teacher and military officer. She is currently involved in full-time ministry.
